Duties
Airbnb Turnovers
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
- Conduct floor care activities, including stripping, waxing, and polishing floors as needed.
- Carry out carpet cleaning duties using appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain carpet quality.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items as required, ensuring cleanliness and freshness.
- Prepare simple meals or snacks when necessary, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
