About the Role:
The Property Administrator plays a vital role in our property management team, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring financial objectives are met, and providing exceptional customer service to residents. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resident account ledgers, collect rent, post rent, issue appropriate charges and concessions.
- Ensure first-class customer service to all residents and prospects.
- Assist maintenance operations by partnering with the property manager to maintain property curb appeal, ensure the property is neat and tidy in accordance with policy, and assess potential maintenance issues.
- Communicate building notices.
- Facilitate lease renewal process.
- Process notices to vacate & manage delinquency/file evictions as necessary and perform related collections actions.
- Assist with completing monthly reports including renewals, rents, delinquency, leasing, traffic, and resident retention programs.
- Schedule property visits, inspections, and various maintenance requests as necessary, depending on region.
- Perform resident tours and leasing functions if needed.
- Manage resident move-in and move-out process.
- Manage records and files of current residents.
- Complete various administrative tasks related to local rental laws and regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as necessary.
