Job Description:
Akelius Residential Property AB is seeking a skilled and driven Leasing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to ensure maximum occupancy and retention of residents.
The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives and demonstrate a commitment to anticipating and exceeding resident and client expectations.
- Create and maintain effective marketing strategies for vacant apartment units based on portfolio performance.
- Coordinate showings from all marketing sources and effectively lease vacant apartments to reduce vacancy.
- Assemble full application packages, prepare leases, and manage the move-in process.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor pricing, product, and incentives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- One plus years' experience in residential leasing and/or sales.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required depending on assigned portfolio.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail.
