Position Summary
The Die Cutter 2 nd Helper assists the Operator on the Rotary Die Cutter machine. This machine cuts, prints, and scores corrugated sheets using rotary cutting dies. The 2 nd Helper is the last set of eyes on the product before it goes to the Folder Gluer and must have a sharp eye for quality.

Education and Experience:

- Assists with setup of machine to Factory Job Ticket specifications
- Sets up load former when in use makes sure bottom sheets are at the machine
- Makes sure cutting dies are at the machine and put away after use
- Makes sure ink is at the machine and at the proper down
- Checks ink viscosity
- Assists operator with the bottom sheet inserter as well as monitoring for quality
- Prints load tags for orders
- Performs housekeeping duties as necessary between orders and at end of shift to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Ability to work in excess of 40 hours, as business needs arise
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Any other task or duty that is deemed necessary by management.

Education and Experience:
- 18 years of age or older
- GED or high school diploma, 1-3 months experience or combination of education and experience
