Pompanette Kitchens is looking for energetic sales professional that can call on Builder, Architects, and Interior Designers to solicit new business for our Kitchen and Bath Showroom. An ideal candidate must be energetic, self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of meeting and working with professionals in our industry.
Candidate Qualifications:
• At least 7 years sales experience in the building industry with an emphasis on cabinetry.
• Ability to read blue prints and perform take-offs.
• Take accurate field measurements with all pertinent info for designers.
• Basic understanding of building codes as they relate to kitchen and bath industry.
• Must be team oriented with strong emphasis on contributing to team success.
• Positive, proactive and a co-operative attitude.
• Design software experience desirable (2020/CAD).
• Contacts with builders and designers a plus.
This is a full time position that offers a base salary plus commissions with potential to earn six-figures.
