Candidate Core Requirements:
- Experience – 3 years experience in an internal position within home care or home health with additional experience with those families caring for a loved one with Dementia
- Knowledge- Strong understanding of business development and management of a seasoned team
- Education – College degree preferred, but not required. On-The-Job and Life Experience also provides a great foundation
- Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills
- Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn
