Key Responsibilities:
- Training, mentoring, and retaining top-tier talent
- Cultivating and maintaining a positive and energized store atmosphere
- Ensuring seamless store operations and maintaining impeccable visual presentation aligned with AKIRA standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in store management
- At least one year of experience in retail management
- Comprehensive knowledge of visual merchandising and superior customer service practices
- Strong understanding of store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, retail systems, and budget preparation
