Akira Technologies is seeking a high-performing, cross-functional practitioner to support the delivery of advanced analytics tools for the US Navy Chaplain Corps leadership. This role involves engaging with clients to gather requirements, developing data models and dashboard visualizations, and managing product tasks and timelines. The ideal candidate will prepare and iterate on high-quality deliverables with minimal technical guidance and oversight.
Ideal candidate should be local to DC Metro Area, for onsite support at the client site several days a week. Secret clearance is required.

Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience gathering requirements from clients and stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking.
- Strong attention to detail, project management, time management, and follow-through, especially in the creation of client deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Proven experience prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with high-ranking Naval officers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and succinctly.
- Secret clearance is required.
Salary Range: $73,000 to $112,000
Akira’s pay range for this position considers various factors including skills, years of experience, training, licenses, certifications, alignment with market data, and internal equity in the organization.
