Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring drug testing services, such as healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, and corporate sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads, schedule meetings, and present tailored solutions.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Present and promote drug testing services, including pre-employment, random, post-accident, and DOT-compliant drug testing programs.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and deliver value-driven proposals that align with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Upsell additional services and solutions to existing clients to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications:
