Bilingual Office Associate – All United Auto
Location: 401 N. Collins St, Plant City, FL
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (occasional Saturdays, if available)

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
Perform data entry, file documents, and update customer accounts
Verify insurance and prepare necessary documents for transactions
Generate reports and maintain organized office records
Assist customers with paperwork and ensure a smooth process
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – must be fluent in both
Detail-oriented, punctual, and highly organized
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to build customer relationships and assist with inquiries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and multitasking skills

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (required)
Language: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
