Akkodis is seeking an Agile Coach for a Contract job with a client in Pennington, NJ (Hybrid) . You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage team dependencies, and promote continuous improvement while ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles.

Rate Range : $90 / hour to $95 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Agile Coach job responsibilities include :

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing team dependencies, and providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress.

Promoting continuous improvement and ensuring the team follows Agile principles and processes.

Coaching the team to become self-managing, empowering them to fulfill their cross-functional potential.

Resolving impediments quickly and maintaining strong relationships between the Product Owner and the development team.

Desired Qualifications :

Certification as a Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification.

3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.

Proficiency with Agile tools, particularly Jira.

Experience with the Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework is a plus.

Pay Details : $90.00 to $95.00 per hour
