Job Description :
Pay Range : $72.84hr - $77.84hr
Responsibilities : Agile Coaching :
Coach, guide, and support stakeholders, managers, product owners, and other team members focusing on Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and Agile Scaling.
ct as an organizational change agent, working across multiple teams to foster an Agile mindset.
Support PI Planning events and facilitate team workshops and cross-team planning workshops.
Lead Agile Training sessions and provide ongoing Agile Coaching support.
Prepare and update organization-wide Agile artifacts and methodology documentation.
Team Coaching :
Facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning, iteration reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
Guide the team in estimating work and managing the iteration backlog.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Track and report on team performance metrics.
Work with other Team Coaches and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and resolve cross-team dependencies.
Technical Skills :
Utilize extensive experience with Azure DevOps to manage multiple team backlogs.
Leverage metrics within Azure DevOps to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize team performance.
