Akkodis is seeking an Application Production Support Engineer for a Direct Hire job with a client in San Francisco, CA(Hybrid). You will be responsible for leading infrastructure and business projects while providing expert application support and troubleshooting.
Salary Range : $120K / Year to $140K / Year; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Application Production Support Engineer job responsibilities include :
- Leading and coordinating infrastructure and business projects from a technology perspective
- Providing support for the efficient resolution of IT infrastructure incidents and service requests
- Developing and maintaining documentation for infrastructure and application run books
- Serving as a liaison between infrastructure operations and vendors to address performance issues
- Responding to application support escalations, troubleshooting technical and data / configuration issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve end-user issues
- Coordinating performance analysis, recommendations, and improvements for infrastructure and applications
- Enforcing adherence to architectural standards and corporate policies
- Assisting with complex projects like office and data center upgrades and application deployments.
