What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audio Visual Systems Design Engineer position at Akkodis?
Akkodis is searching for an Audio Visual Systems Design Engineer for a direct hire position in Scottsdale, AZ to interpret client / sales needs and produce presentable AV package options. This position supports projects from start through completion and manages maintenance throughout the design phase. Is also responsible for BOM and quoting for large scale AV projects.
- Previous AV system design is highly preferred.
- Commercial and Corporate systems experience required.
Type : Direct Hire
Pay Rate : $100k – $130k / annual
Location : Onsite – Scottsdale, AZ
Functions and Responsibilities include :
o Complex conference and training rooms.
o Complex audio designs including stadiums, auditoriums and sound masking.
o Understand video and audio-conferencing systems including but not limited to, LifeSize, Polycom, Tandberg, and Microsoft Lync (and other USB / PC based conferencing solutions).
