Akkodis is seeking a Change Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Lake Forest, IL. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, experience in change management, and strong communication skills for coordinating across teams.
Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Change Specialist job responsibilities include:
Implementing Change Orders in PLM and ERP systems.
Communicating with Change Managers to address issues and provide feedback.
Managing ERP Product Configuration.
Coordinating Pre-Release and Post-Release tasks.
Entering and tracking data in the PLM and ERP systems.
Desired Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent (degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Bio, or Business preferred).
Entry-level, with 1-2 years of experience in change management or related field.
Experience with writing CRs, Change Orders, and working in a quality system.
Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems, especially in product configuration.
Strong communication skills for virtual collaboration, especially with international teams.
Availability for morning meetings (8 AM or earlier).

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
