Job Overview :
We are seeking an entry-level Change Specialist I to join our team in Lake Forest, IL. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with 0-2 years of relevant experience. As a Change Specialist I, you will be responsible for implementing Change Orders in PLM and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and supporting Change Managers with process improvements. You will play a key role in managing product configuration and collaborating with teams, especially across time zones.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement Change Orders : Ensure that Change Orders are executed accurately within PLM and ERP systems, providing feedback to Change Managers when issues arise.
- Collaborate with Change Managers : Work closely with Change Managers to explain PLM and ERP system workflows and functionality.
- Manage Product Configuration : Oversee ERP product configurations, ensuring smooth transitions and updates.
- Pre-Release & Post-Release Tasks : Enter data and manage tasks associated with Change Orders, including pre-release and post-release activities.
