What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Akkodis?
Akkodis is assisting a well-known Construction firm in Kansas City in their search for a Controller. This person will be replacing the current Controller that is retiring this year. You will have two direct reports and report directly to the President.
Compensation:
- $80-110,000 salary, plus profit sharing bonus

Responsibilities
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Prepare tax documents
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Familiarity with Foundation Accounting Software
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
