Digital Services Platform Operations Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Digital Services Platform Operations Analyst to manage the daily operations of our Digital Services Platform. If you have a background in software platform administration, system configuration, coding, and technical support, this role is for you!

Hybrid in Spring, TX. Must be local.

Rate: $40-$42/hr. on W2 (sorry, no C2C) The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and configure platform sites, including automation with JavaScript Selenium
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for reporting
• Manage user access, integrations, and cybersecurity procedures
• Support platform automation, API integrations, and product deployments
• Resolve platform-related issues and support partners/customers
• Work cross-functionally with business and tech teams

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure
• Experience with RESTful API integration and Git/GitHub
• Background in enterprise software administration and technical support
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage cybersecurity compliance and system documentation

Bonus Points For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft CSP, HP software solutions
