Pay Rate : $20-25 / hr. on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Job Description :
Engagement managers play a crucial role in building strong and lasting relationships with consultants and clients. They typically manage a portfolio of complex accounts and serve as the point of contact for these accounts once a consultant accepts a role. They also assist clients with ongoing projects and help address a multitude of consultant issues and problems.
Responsibilities
Foster positive relationships with our consultants as their primary point of contact
Plan Consultant engagement events both virtual and onsite
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for sales team thru redeployment initiative.
Generate consultant referrals by doing 20 weekly consultant outreaches.
POC for consultant when addressing serious issues that need to be resolved with speed and efficiency for back-office mistakes.
POC / Liaison for HUB related issues, for workers Comp related issues, for Immigration paperwork and tracking.
Consultant performance management and report findings back to client and key internal stakeholders.
Manage Academy and training timelines for consultant to ensure client expectations are being upheld.
Work with sales teams to generate new business.
Prepare reports on project performance or client’s request for data.
Train new sales and delivery team on client operational details.
Starts / Ends MGT including submitting all change requests in Bullhorn accurately.
Troubleshooting system issues that affect consultants and clients.
