- 5-7 years of progressive experience in HRIS systems, with at least 3 years of specialized ServiceNow HRSD implementation and support.
- Advanced understanding of HR business processes and technology ecosystems.
- Proven ability to analyze complex scenarios and develop strategic, technology-driven solutions.
- Strong technical skills in system configuration, workflow design, and integration methodologies.
- Expert-level proficiency in the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced functional and technical support for the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Design, develop, and implement complex HR service delivery workflows.
- Collaborate with internal clients to understand their needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of unique, unstructured HR technology challenges.
