We are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst with ServiceNow HRSD experience for a full-time role with our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced functional and technical support for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, designing and implementing complex HR service delivery workflows that align with organizational strategic objectives, and collaborating with internal clients to understand their needs.

* Provide expert-level support for the ServiceNow HRSD platform
* Collaborate with internal clients to understand their needs
* Design and implement complex HR service delivery workflows
* Analyze complex scenarios and develop strategic solutions
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
* 5-7 years of progressive experience in HRIS systems, with a minimum of 3 years of specialized ServiceNow HRSD implementation and support
* Advanced understanding of HR business processes and technology ecosystems
* Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD platform
