Akkodis is seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to lead key initiatives and projects in line with global HR guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Leadership Team and employees to address employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADAAA, OSHA, Civil Rights Act of 1964, ERISA, OWBPA
- Manage Personnel administration and Payroll processes according to local labor law
- Develop and operate KPIs related to HR, personnel administration, and payroll processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management or related field
- Professional certification (PHR, SPHR) strongly preferred
