Product Architect job responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical architecture.
- Overseeing the integration of ServiceNow with existing systems and ensuring seamless data flow.
- Leading the development of custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to development teams and conducting code reviews.
- Continuously evaluating and implementing best practices for ServiceNow architecture and development.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Strong expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
