Akkodis is seeking a Production/Technical Support Analyst for a contract job with a client in Saint Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, incident management, and troubleshooting, particularly in ATM network operations.
Rate Range: $20/hour to $25/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Production/Technical Support Analyst job responsibilities include:
Identifying and creating incident, enhancement, and problem tickets in the ticket tracking system.
Communicating effectively with development and internal business operations teams to resolve issues.
Troubleshooting and performing analysis using advanced query and programming skills to resolve technical problems.
Developing and enhancing technical, operational, and administrative policies, adopting best practices and guidelines.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in IT support, technical support, Helpdesk, or ATM servicing.
Familiarity with ATM networks, LAN/WAN operations, and network protocols.
Proficiency with Remedy, ESQ, and ATM Webserver.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work with various applications simultaneously, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience in technical support.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
