Akkodis is seeking a Quality Control Technician for a Contract job with a client in Portland, OR . The ideal candidate will conduct product testing, generate reports, and review batch records for accuracy. They must have a strong understanding of GMP and GLP, with the ability to identify and resolve deviations in production processes.

Rate Range : $24 / hour to $26 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Control Technician job responsibilities include :

Conducting product testing and supporting complaint investigations.

Reviewing production and finished goods batch records for accuracy.

Performing spot-checks inspections and audits of production operations.

Writing, reviewing, and approving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Supporting the document control program and handling returned instruments.

Desired Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field.

At least one year of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the medical device industry.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing / Laboratory Practices (GMP and GLP).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify deviations in processes.

Proficient in using databases, spreadsheet, and word processing software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to perform basic math calculations and apply them to practical situations.

Experience with document control and record retention processes.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details : $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
