Recruiting Coordinator
Pay Rate: $22-25/hour
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday
Location: Forney, TX (75126)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring process and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, video, and in-person) while managing multiple calendars and time zones.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview logistics.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Greet and escort candidates during onsite interviews, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in maintaining accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
- Post job listings across various job boards and recruitment platforms.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and necessary hiring documentation.
- Keep recruitment records and documentation organized and up to date.
- Help recruiters source potential candidates through different channels.
- Support hiring events, including job fairs and onsite recruitment initiatives.
- Track and maintain recruitment-related data and metrics.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Handle confidential candidate and hiring information with discretion.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
