The Role: Recruiting Coordinator
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll serve as a central figure in our recruiting operations. You’ll help support and streamline the candidate experience from application through onboarding, maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and candidates. You’ll also assist in scheduling, sourcing candidates, and ensuring our staffing needs are met efficiently.
Pay Range: $17/hr
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage applicant flow through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards.
- Schedule interviews and orientations for prospective clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and perform data entry in required systems.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the recruiting team.
- Act as the liaison between branch locations, recruiters, and candidates to keep all parties aligned throughout the hiring process.
- Follow the full cycle of the hiring process to ensure nurses are hired and working efficiently.
