Akkodis is seeking a Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Plymouth, MN . The ideal candidate will design and optimize manufacturing processes for MEMS sensors, focusing on maximizing efficiency and yield improvements.
Rate Range : $55 / hour to $60 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer job responsibilities include :
- Providing test and manufacturing support for MEMS inertial, magnetic, and pressure sensor products.
- Analyzing yield and performance data to monitor process capability and drive improvements.
- Utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and CAMP methodologies to enhance engineering practices.
- Investigating and resolving technical issues and driving root cause analysis.
- Developing process and product improvements for cost reduction and cycle time optimization.
- Assisting in the development of new products and supporting factory capacity through test equipment knowledge and preventative maintenance planning.
- Fostering a self-driven work culture to achieve quality and performance goals like RTY, BIQ, and COPQ.

Pay Details : $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
