Semiconductor Manufacturing Process Engineer

Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a hands-on work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Semiconductor Manufacturing Process Engineer

Location : Metro Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range : $60 / hr

What's the Job?

Provide test and manufacturing support for MEMS inertial, magnetic, and pressure sensor products.

Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability and drive yield improvements.

Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.

Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitating issue identification and analysis.

Develop improvements in product design and manufacturing processes for cost and cycle time reductions.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.

5 years of manufacturing process engineering experience in semiconductor space or similar

Experience with silicon fab, MEMS sensors, pressure, and magnetic sensors.

Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Experience using statistical analysis tools (like JMP, Minitab, SAS, RStudio, etc.) to analyze data efficiently.
