Akkodis is seeking a Technical Service Delivery for a Contract job with a client in Richmond, VA / Kennesaw, GA / Chicago, IL (Hybrid). The candidate is responsible for managing large technology projects and applying technical expertise to define end-to-end design requirements.
Rate Range : $55 / hour to $64 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Service Delivery job responsibilities include :
JIRA, Network Relationship Building
Must have Agile and Waterfall project experience
Change Management familiarity
Mobile app onboarding experience
Leading and managing large, complex enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Collaborating with business partners, software / hardware developers, and vendors to define strategies for technical solutions and develop functional designs.
Driving and participating in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions using new technologies.
Ensuring requirements are accurately translated into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts meet business needs.
Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines while overseeing risk, issue management, and the SDLC.
Communicating project status and resolving issues with senior management.
Utilizing project management tools like JIRA and managing Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Supporting business continuity tools and ensuring alignment with security and operational needs.
Desired Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing technology projects, with a strong background in business systems analysis, project management, and full SDLC knowledge.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Prior experience working in a financial institution.

Pay Details : $55.00 to $64.00 per hour
