About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients' computer hardware, networks, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user IT issues in PCs, mobile phones, printers, and other IT devices.
- Provide installation, de-installation, and configuration services for various equipment and software.
- Assist with IMACs (Installations, Moves, Adds, Changes, Disposal) requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Possess ITIL (Preferred), CCNA (Preferred), or equivalent certifications.
