Akkodis is seeking a Technical Support for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid) . You will troubleshoot complex issues, provide remote and on-site support, and ensure optimal system performance for end users.

Rate Range : $35 / hour to $38 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Support job responsibilities include :

Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.

Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for end users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Providing remote and on-site support, including responding to escalated issues and delivering timely solutions.

Supporting and maintaining trading applications, ensuring system uptime and optimal performance for users.

Assisting with the installation and configuration of MS Office suites (2013, 2016, 2019, 365) and Windows Server versions (2012, 2016, 2019).

Providing end-user training and guidance on software and system usage.

Utilizing PowerShell for system administration and automation tasks.

Collaborating with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and tools.

Supporting clients in different locations with on-call assistance as needed.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting.

Experience supporting and maintaining trading applications and financial systems.

Proficiency with Windows 10, MS Office (2013, 2016, 2019, 365), and SQL client.

Pay Details : $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
