Akkodis is seeking a Part-Time Training Department Coordinator for a 12-month plus job with a client in Fairport, NY. The Training Department Coordinator is responsible for working to maintain & support key training activities within the Company Technical Training team for U.S and Canada. This role is responsible for maintaining the class schedule within the Learning Management System (LMS), managing the regional calendar for our technical training team, inputting customer data, creating training reports and manage customer accounts. This role will work closely within the regional North American Marketing and Training team to support the delivery of training programs and initiatives. This position will be 6 hours a day 5 days a week, 2 days remote.
Rate Range : $25.00 / hour to $30.00 / hour; The rate may be negotiable highly based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Part-Time Training Department Coordinator job responsibilities include :
- Actively support daily tasks such as schedule, training class prep and certification completions
- Coordinate and supports the training schedules for three (3) technical trainers
- Supports communications to customers for scheduling and preparation for training classes
- Manage the Training email box for Intrusion and Access
- Support online Learning Management System (LMS)
- Collaborate with the customer service team on kit orders and shipments
- Manage the training calendar in Outlook
- Reporting and communications with Sales

Pay Details : $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
