Responsibilities:
- Assist in the training needs assessments for corporate staff
- Support plant needs assessments as necessary
- Identify training solutions for given need, determining whether internal or external resources will be leveraged
- Develop and deliver customized training programs for corporate staff based on support and enhancement of business strategy and needs assessment results
- Facilitate training programs as designed; work closely with training vendors to implement outsourced training programs
- Manage vendor deliverables and provide support to company personnel in designing, developing and implementing training strategies
