We are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Market Manager to join our team. What You’ll Do:
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and engage training center clients to understand their needs and propose tailored training solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new and repeat business opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Utilize industry knowledge to scope and recommend solutions, including courseware, labs, and virtual training platforms.
- Clearly communicate the value of TTA's services through consultative sales discussions, demonstrating ROI and measurable outcomes.
- Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and high-quality service.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Operational Excellence
- Leverage CRM tools to track sales activities and forecast opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, training technologies, and best practices to contribute valuable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and recruiting teams to optimize performance and achieve growth targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience working at or with training companies, particularly in technology training and related services.
- Understanding of various aspects of training, including courseware, labs, and virtual training platforms.
- Proven success in consultative B2B sales or staffing services.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and talent alike.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a drive to succeed in a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and persuasive presentations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and trade shows.
