Pay Range : $25 / hr - $30 / hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Position Summary
The Training Coordinator is responsible for working to maintain & support key training activities within Access Technical Training team for U.S and Canada.
This role is responsible for maintaining the class scheduled within the Learning Management System (LMS), managing the regional calendar for our technical training team, inputting customer data, creating training reports and manage customer account.
This role will work closely within the regional North American team Marketing and Training team to support the delivery of training programs and initiatives and work with the Marketing Communications Associate Project Coordinator & the Manager of Marketing Communications Technical Solutions.
- The main responsibilities of this position include :
- Actively support daily tasks such as schedule, training class prep, and certification completions
- Coordinate and support the training schedules for three (3) technical trainers
- Supports communications to customers for scheduling and preparation for training classes
- Manages Bosch Training Email Box for Intrusion and Access
- Support online Learning Management System (LMS)
