Position Concept:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Revit Designer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in producing detailed drawings, collaborating with our engineering team, and ensuring the seamless integration of plumbing designs into various construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Producing finished drawings from sketches provided by the Designer or Engineer.
• Planning the layout of information on drawings and completing title blocks.
• Performing calculations and design work under close supervision.
• Checking CAD work thoroughly before submission to the supervisor.
• Conducting field visits to gather existing conditions information.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum 3 years of on-the-job Revit experience (Revit MEP Preferred).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.

Preferred:

A.S. in design or graduate from a technical school for CAD design.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as typing and using a mouse.
• Long-term viewing of computer monitor.
• Sitting for prolonged periods.
• Capability to perform field visits, climb ladders, and access unfinished job sites.
