What You’ll Do :

Design, synthesize, and optimize D-peptides to support the drug discovery pipeline.

Conduct molecular docking simulations to identify peptide-based drug candidates for protein-ligand and protein-protein interactions.

Lead chemically modified analogs, linker chemistry, bioconjugation, and analytical assessments.

Act as the in-house expert in D-peptide chemistry, collaborating from discovery to CMC activities.

Manage CRO operations and ensure project needs are met with precision.

Share your expertise by presenting data at conferences and publishing in top-tier journals.

Your Skills and Experience :

Education & Experience : MS or PhD in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related fields, with 6–15 years in the biotech / biopharmaceutical industry.

Peptide Expertise : Strong background in peptide chemistry (linear, cyclic, bicyclic) and hands-on experience with solid-phase synthesis systems.

Innovation Track Record : Proven ability to design and optimize therapeutic peptides, including peptide drug conjugates (PDCs) or peptide radioligands.

Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of tools like AlphaFold2, RosettaDock, and Python scripting for protein design.

Leadership : A natural collaborator and decision-maker who thrives in multidisciplinary environments.
