Responsibilities:
For Service Associate:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer questions about menu items
- Call for food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
For Kitchen Associate:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food items according to recipe specifications
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- Ensure that the kitchen, prep areas, and food storage areas meet cleaning standards
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant
Requirements:
For Service Associate:
- Customer-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a team player mentality
- Food safety training is a plus
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
For Kitchen Associate:
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry's best practices
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
