We are looking to add another Outside Sales Representative to our team. This position is offering a base salary as well as a monthly commission!
Outside Sales Representatives are crucial in increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Outside Sales Representatives will have travel to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers, negotiating sales contracts and telling clients about new products, updates, and services.

- The primary duties of this position will be to actively promote product sales and service in the assigned territory
- Secure product orders from new and existing customers for new equipment sales and service contracts
- Actively identify and develop new customer contacts to expand market share
- Assist customers in solving problems and provide technical support
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, engineering firms and facility managers
- Act as a liaison between the customer and company as needed to ensure that the customer needs are adequately met
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- A self-starter who can identify the strengths presents in a location and utilize those strengths to develop a positive business plan
- Proven background in sales
- Clear driving record
- Available for overnight travel
- High school degree or equivalent required
- 3 years recent/relevant experience with outside sales- preferred but not required
- Experience in distribution, industrial and/or heavy equipment a plus
- Excellent compensation including base salary plus commission, company vehicle, laptop, cell phone
