Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Tax Fraud Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team, focused on safeguarding our platform from tax fraud by leveraging advanced data analytics. This role involves analyzing data to inform tax fraud policy, creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards for in-depth reporting and analysis, and collaboratively working across departments to enhance and optimize fraud detection mechanisms. You'll ensure data integrity and readiness for seasonal variations, drive policy improvements through data-driven insights, and aid in the seamless transition of system upgrades with extensive validation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and standardize advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor, detect, and alert on anomalies in collaboration with Policy and Ops teams, ensuring robust anomaly monitoring systems.
  • Spearhead the implementation and maintenance of data pipelines, coordinating requirements with data engineers for significant initiatives.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for policy optimization through thorough control group analytics.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for system upgrades or data structure changes, ensuring data integrity and validation.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Proficient in SQL and Tableau for dashboard creation and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Industry Experience :

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis within domains such as cybersecurity, e-commerce, customer care, finance, or marketing is essential.
