Job Summary :
We are seeking a remote Business Operations Analyst with a strong background in financial operations, including managing DX purchase requisitions, orders, monthly accruals, and invoice approvals. The candidate will provide crucial accounting information to support decision-making processes and manage ad hoc projects with agility. The role requires 3 years of relevant experience in a project coordination or administrative capacity within finance, demonstrating an ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end process for DX purchase requisitions, purchase orders, monthly accruals, and invoice approvals.
- Support finance teams by providing accurate accounting information for decision-making.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and analyses as required.
- Efficiently prioritize competing demands and shift focus as needed.
- Provide detailed and organized communication across teams and projects.
