Job Title : Marketing Budget Ops Analyst / Business Operations Analyst
Location : San Jose, CA 95110 – Open to remote all over the US.
Duration : 9 months
Contract Type : W2 only
Pay Rate : $66.90 / hour
Duties :
Manage the end-to-end process for DX purchase requisitions, purchase orders, monthly accruals, and invoice approvals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Support other finance teams by providing relevant accounting information that is presented accurately for use in decision-making
Ad hoc projects and analyses.
Skills :
2 years of experience in a Business Operations Analyst role
Advanced Excel skills are essential. Preferred skills : Powerpoint, SAP, Tableau, Power BI
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - strong Excel / PowerPoint
Detailed-oriented, with exceptional communication and organizational skills (project management skills)
Agility and flexibility to pivot and shift to address ad hoc requests or changing priorities
Ability to work independently with limited general supervision and to effectively prioritize competing demands
3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a project coordination or administrative role with finance exposure
Ability to learn and utilize the company's enterprise tools
