Key Responsibilities
- Offer technical expertise on NGFW technologies to optimize product use and potential.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for the development and execution of network security and endpoint solutions.
- Act as a customer advocate influencing product roadmap and identifying innovative use cases.
- Lead in the operationalizing of solutions to meet security objectives swiftly.
- Partner with account teams for strategic technical account plan deployments and product-level success planning.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Palo Alto NGFW platforms.
- Proficiency in Enterprise network products (routers, switches, servers, wireless, monitoring, management).
- Strong background in network security certification (e.g., PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE).
- Proven track record in network security engineering, operations, support, or professional service roles.
- Experience in acting as a trusted technical advisor and managing customer escalations and accounts.
