We are seeking a diligent QuickBooks Online Implementation Specialist to join our team, focusing on accelerating the adoption and successful implementation of QuickBooks Online. This role demands close collaboration with Sales, supporting teams, external partners, and accountants to deliver an exceptional first-use experience, ensuring that clients and accountants become active recommenders of QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the seamless conversion of small business clients onto QuickBooks Online, maintaining a priority on workload management, and constantly developing expertise within the QuickBooks Online ecosystem. Additionally, this is a 100% remote role, accommodating candidates across all time zones, with potential for contract extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of QuickBooks Online.
- Execute custom implementation plans for accounts and manage seamless conversion processes.
- Deliver outstanding first-use experiences to clients and accountants, encouraging their active recommendation of QuickBooks Online.
- Clearly communicate progress, plans, and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain expertise of comapny's products and solutions, prioritizing process improvements and execution within timelines.
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple project requirements effectively.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Previous work experience with accountants or in an accounting role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
