This role involves managing and optimizing the Qualtrics platform, developing surveys, ensuring governance and security compliance, and resolving technical issues with the vendor.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead XM programs that align with company strategy and advocate for customer-centric initiatives.
- Manage the Qualtrics platform, including configuration, user accounts, and integrating new features.
- Design, implement, and enhance survey and CXM programs.
- Define and enforce data governance and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize platform functionality.
- Proficient in Qualtrics platform management.
- Strong expertise in survey design and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in experience management tools, particularly Qualtrics, within a global organization context.
- Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
- Qualtrics certification or similar qualifications is highly desirable.
