Senior CX Program Manager
Location: Austin & Salt Lake City (Hybrid role- 3 Days onsite & 2 Days remote)
Pay Range- $60- $65/hr.
Duration- 12 Months
As a Senior CX Program Manager specializing in Experience Management (XM), you will enhance customer and employee experiences by optimizing the Qualtrics XM platform. Your role includes managing survey deployment, ensuring data integrity, compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA), and driving actionable insights. You will collaborate across teams to design and implement surveys, dashboards, and automation workflows, advocating for best practices in customer experience management. You will also manage platform administration, troubleshoot issues with Qualtrics support, and lead continuous improvements to meet dynamic business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Qualtrics platform, optimizing features and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.
- Design and implement surveys and CXM programs, providing technical expertise to stakeholders.
- Monitor platform performance and provide insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead governance, security, and compliance efforts across surveys and data handling.
- Serve as a liaison with Qualtrics support to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in XM/VoC/Qualtrics platform management.
- Expertise in survey design, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with advanced Qualtrics features and analytics tools.
- Certifications in Qualtrics, XM, or CCXP are a plus.
