This position is focused on transforming existing manual reports into automated, efficient reporting solutions, ensuring high quality analytics to support business decisions within a 6-month duration with a possibility of extension. Candidates should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, addressing data gaps, and developing datasets while ensuring the reporting solutions align with stakeholder needs.

- Design and implement automated, efficient reporting solutions like Power BI to answer key business questions.
- Conduct data discovery and dataset development for supporting report enhancement and integration of new data sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and address data issues or questions.
- Ensure reporting standards and best practices are applied in coordination with the Dashboard team for high-quality outputs.
- Handle broader work or accountabilities as necessary to support the team's goals.
- Extensive experience in data analysis and report development.
- Proficiency in report design and visualization techniques.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience or familiarity within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
