Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist with experience in both PC and Mac environments to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional remote desktop assistance, ensuring the safety and security of company networks, and efficiently troubleshooting a variety of technical issues. This role requires a commitment to excellent customer service, the ability to manage small projects from start to finish, and a passion for technology and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide remote desktop and telephone support for troubleshooting computer issues.
- Deploy security updates and maintain the integrity of company servers and computers.
- Educate staff on computer programs, networks, and adherence to security standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for problem resolution and manage hardware component replacements.
- Configure, test, and maintain network connectivity and user accounts.
