We're seeking a seasoned Risk Specialist skilled in KYC, KYB, and risk pattern identification within a dynamic environment. The role involves analyzing complex data to mitigate fraud risks, maintaining stringent documentation standards, and consistently delivering top-tier customer service while adhering to risk policies. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team, expected to drive process optimizations and stay abreast of industry trends to combat new risk vectors.
Job Requirements
Analyze customer and transaction data for risk and fraud detection.
Follow SOPs within set guidelines to identify and mitigate risk.
Document all processes and transactions accurately.
Provide exceptional service balancing customer empathy with risk policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and process improvement.
Must Have Skills
Proficient in KYC and KYB processes.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Effective collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
Industry Experience Required
Experience in financial services, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
Notes: This hybrid role requires availability to work Saturdays and most holidays, including a mix of office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant risk management experience, demonstrate proficiency with G-Suite, and hold at least a Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, accounting, or a related area.
